Turnstiles is a small, independently run project. Here is what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you make an account we ask for your name, a username, and an email address. You can also add a bio, a location, and a profile photo if you want to. When you use the app we store your check-ins, food reviews, wait time reports, and any photos you share.

How it's used

This information runs the core features of the app. Your check-ins power the leaderboard, your reviews show up on the food pages, and your photos show up in the community gallery. Your email is only used for login and account related emails, like password resets.

What's public

Your username, avatar, check-ins, food reviews, wait time reports, and shared photos are visible to other users. That's the point of a community app. Your email address is never shown to other users.

Where it's stored

Your data is kept in a secure cloud database, and photos are kept in secure cloud storage.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your information with anyone outside of what's needed to run the site.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete individual check-ins, reviews, or photos, and change your password at any time from your account settings. If you want your account removed entirely, email help@goturnstiles.com and we will take care of it.

This policy may get updated as the site grows. Check back here if you want to stay current.

The site

Turnstiles is a free tool for logging theme park visits, rating food, and sharing photos with other passholders. It's run by one person, not a company, and it isn't affiliated with Disney, Universal, or any theme park.

Your account

You need an account to check in, rate food, or post. Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.

What you post

Everything you post, reviews, photos, wait times, is your own responsibility. Don't post anything illegal, don't post photos or content that aren't yours to share, and don't harass other users. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Wait times and other info

Wait times, ratings, and reviews are submitted by users, not verified by us. Don't rely on them as official park information.

No guarantees

This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free.

Changes

These terms might change as the site grows. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're okay with the update.

Adding Turnstiles to your home screen gives you a quick-launch icon, just like a regular app, with no download needed.

iPhone (Safari)

Open Turnstiles in Safari, tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up), scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen," then tap "Add" in the top right.

Android (Chrome)

Open Turnstiles in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, tap "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app" if you see that instead), then confirm by tapping "Add" or "Install."

Once it's added, just tap the icon from your home screen any time to jump straight in.
